The guide builds on the excellent work of Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and the University of Reading, who jointly developed the hard-copy 'Dementia handbook for carers'. These organisations worked closely with a group of people who had first hand experience of caring for someone living with dementia. The original handbook was developed as part of a research project, funded by the 2012 Prime Minister's Dementia Challenge, to improve delivery of information to carers and to give them better access to local health, social and voluntary support and services.

They're true angel magick and a great companion on our spiritual journey.

This angel wealth left me wondering if I could make a book out of my angel card deck, and that's how this book came about. I pray it acts as an angel of manifestation book, revealing the angelic presence of which so many people stand in need. When we experience our guardian angels close to us we immediately feel relieved and comforted. This is angel healing in action.

This spiritual angel book is comprised of some of the verses from my own card deck as previously said, and, to help you focus on them better, I added little reflections after each one. Viral respiratory infections, as well as allergies and air pollutants such as tobacco smoke, cause swelling in the upper respiratory membranes. The resultant inflammation and surplus mucus block the small openings that connect the normally air-filled sinuses with the nasal cavities. The mucus normally produced by the cells lining the sinuses begins to mount up, generating a sense of pressure. If bacteria have become trapped within the sinuses, they start to proliferate, leading to symptoms of acute bacterial sinusitis.

In most cases, respiratory viruses cause sinusitis. Symptoms include mild fatigue, pressure, and uneasiness in the affected sinus. (There are four pairs of sinuses in your face.) With a cold, nasal mucus usually changes from clear and watery to yellowish and thick.

It's simple to tell when the infection has become bacterial. Cold symptoms, including sinus congestion, should resolve within ten days. If the infection remains, that's an indication of bacterial infection or other problems. Also, symptoms are usually more severe, including sinus pain (usually worsened by leaning down), fatigue, fever, bad breath, and green or brownish nasal discharge. Postnasal drip can irritate the throat and lead to nighttime cough. Another pattern is reappearance of symptoms after they seemed to have alleviated. Otherwise, acute sinusitis can be easily resolved without treatment. Simple home remedies can help alleviate symptoms.

None of these examples are apart of the book, but I'm freely given you an idea of what is touched upon inside.

And it's for each to take their own understanding from it. I try not to look at things the same way as other's, because it's very easy for me to think outside the box with how I present my own opinion on a matter. And it's not that I disagree with psychology at all, it has some wondrous minds inside of it, but sometimes all it takes is an outsider to paint a more simplified version to an illness that's diagnosed for all to conform to.

There is only so much I can bring to my definitions when expressing words that some may not agree with. I believe we all have a different understanding and viewpoint from our neighbours and family. Even if we are hand taught to pray in the morning or act ladylike and in a proper manner. All these things are compartmentalized, and brain washed for a reason, just like anxiety and worry that comes eagerly from an unbalance of disposition.

I still haven't given anything away. What I want the reader to take from this book is an idea that you can save yourself from allowing it to get worse than it actually is. I usually read in the morning, and again, I'm sharing this as a specimen for you to see how I organize my thoughts:

A little tease that I didn't include. But I talk plenty about the importance of dieting and how it can be the saviour that isn't Jesus and a miracle. I'm no expert on what foods to eat, so do not look for detailed analysis on the exact foods, their specific attributes, and what should be added to a meal plan.

Because another diet that you'll pick up when reading is how we neglect ourselves more than we should. Intro to Metabolic Enhancement Training (MET): Two Metabolic Weight Training Conditioning Programs for Fat Loss and Muscle Gain

The Roman Catholic Church and Family Planning.: Time for a Change?

This short e book book takes up the much discussed issue of the ban on contraception by the Catholic Church. The author argues not from a theological perch, but from a very practical point of view of a practicing obstetrician and gynecologist that the time is ripe for a change in the teaching of his Church on family planning. The authors points are extensively supported by pertinent references.

The Roman Catholic Church has always been opposed to the use of artificial methods of contraception. Only the so called Natural Methods of Family Planning (also called the Fertility Awareness Methods) are allowed. The author argues that these natural methods are satisfying and effective under ideal circumstances and when practiced by educated and dedicated couples. However under less than ideal circumstances, especially in developing countries and for those people living under dismal and dangerous conditions, the natural methods have a high and unacceptable failure rate. There are many effective methods of contraception available but they are banned by the Catholic Church. The author is a practicing obstetrician and gynecologist with broad cross cultural experience. He argues not from a theological perspective but from his practical viewpoint and experience that the time is overdue for the Catholic Church to change its teaching and allow the use of artifice methods family planning.

He also argues that in the Western World this issue may seem "passe" as many catholics have already decided to ignore their Church's directive and are waiting for the hierarchy to catch up. Theologians and practicing catholics in the Western World have no longer an interest in pressing the hierarchy of their Church for a change. That seems a selfish attitude as in developing countries and for millions of people living under dismal and dangerous conditions, making up their own minds and ignoring the teaching of their Church about Family Planning, or alternatively to go elsewhere is not an option.This exposes them to unplanned pregnancies with all its consequences.

The author opines that therefor the issue is not passe and that a continuing effort by catholics everywhere is a must, to hopefully pressure the Church's Hierarchy to come around, change the teaching of the Church about Family Planning and allow effective and safe methods of contraception. Such a decision by the Church would benefit everyone, but especially those catholics around the world who may have no other option than to follow the official teaching of their Church as it pertains to planning their families.
